Product Description

The Hide-A-Hose Mini Valve Kit is a cost-effective quick-clean solution that includes a rough-in frame, Hide-A-Hose Mini Valve, and a 40' retractable hose. This valve is 20% smaller than the full-featured HS5000 valve, making it perfect for compact installations. The kit includes 40 feet of flexible, crush-resistant hose that easily retracts into a compact in-wall storage system.

The hose is constructed of flexible, crush-resistant material that stores in the wall piping system. Unlike the HS5000 valve that locks the hose in place, the Mini Valve does not have a locking mechanism, so the hose must be pulled all the way out to make a lock and seal. To retract the 40' hose, simply twist the hose to the left and the hose will retract.

The system is compatible with most central vacuum models and can be installed in both new construction and existing homes. While you can't convert traditional valves to Hide-a-Hose, you can add Hide-A-Hose valves and run pipes to existing Nutone, Vacuflo, and Beam trunk lines.
