At Swissboy, we want to make shopping for the products you need as easy and hassle-free as possible. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and returns policies for both online and in-store purchases.

Free Shipping

Online and in-store purchases over $49 qualify for free standard shipping. No code needed. The only exception to this is 8' Lengths of Central Vacuum Pipe.

Returns

For online purchases, you can file for a return up to 30 days after the purchase has been delivered, you can do this through your account. All returned items are inspected upon receipt for damage, misuse, and installation attempts. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • Product Condition: New only Return Window: 30 days
  • Method: By mail, In store Return label: Customer responsibility, If item is defective, we also refund return shipment cost Restocking fees: No cost if item 'Not Installed' and 'Not Damaged' or was 'Defective' Refund processing time: 3 days
