Free Shipping:

Online and in-store purchases over $49 qualify for free standard shipping. No code needed. The only exception to this is 8' Lengths of Central Vacuum Pipe.

Returns:

For online purchases, you can file for a return up to 30 days after the purchase has been delivered, you can do this through your account. All returned items are inspected upon receipt for damage, misuse, and installation attempts. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition and with all original tags and packaging intact.

For in-store purchases, we offer a 7-day full refund or 30-day store credit (excluding circuit boards, switches, and motors). We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from Swiss Boy.
