The Beam White In-Line Utility Valve part# 020-017 is designed to fit elbows and fittings with a standard 2-inch inside diameter. This utility valve features low-voltage contact points which allow its use with hoses equipped with on/off switch buttons, enabled upon connection of the low-voltage wire to the low-voltage leads on the central vacuum unit.

This central vacuum utility inlet is designed to fit into a sweep T fitting, often being mounted in the proximity of the central vacuum unit at locations where the pipe is uncovered. The valve is low voltage only and can be installed into the intake pipe of most standard vacuum fittings, with low voltage contact points for hoses that offer On/Off features.

Compatible with Beam models including the 2100 series, as well as BEAM models 189, 189C, 189D, 189F, 189S, 193, 197, 199, 199C, 199D, 199E, 199ED, 199F, 199G, 199H, 199J, 287, 297, 387, 387A, 677, and 697. May also be used as a cap at the end of a pipe or fitting.
