The Hayden Cuff Plug 9025P3 is a complete hose repair kit that includes a cuff, one 2-pin plug with molded-in 5 amp fuse (replaces 7 amp versions), one male pin connection for the yellow hose wire, and one female slate connection for the white hose wire. This part replaces the pigtail cord assembly or an existing broken assembly on electric hoses with an electrical 2-pin direct connection on the wall end.

The regulation requirements for these hoses actually puts a diode into the molded plastic along with the 5 amp diode/fuse that replaces older 7 amp versions. The kit includes instructions and a tiny slat to convert the white wire from pin to slat for older hoses that have two male pins instead of the modern one pin, one slate configuration.

This item is compatible with hoses that start with Series XY on the hose cuff, and hoses with a circle and a P with a squiggle stamped on the hose cuff. Polarity is white wire on I and yellow wire on II. This serves as both a hose conversion kit and replacement kit.
