The HILTI CP 643-50/1.5"N is a ready-to-use firestop collar made of galvanized steel housing with intumescent inserts for firestopping combustible pipes. This model fits pipes from 1.4-2.0" diameter, measures 2.8" outside diameter by 0.9" height, and includes 2 hooks and fasteners. Temperature resistance spans -40°F to 140°F with intumescent activation at approximately 392°F and expansion ratio up to 1:10.

Manufactured from galvanized steel with adjustable position tabs for simple fastening and intumescent inserts. Tested in accordance with UL 1479, ASTM E 814, and ASTM G21 standards. Features include ready-to-use installation, no construction required, fast installation time, and low profile for tight installations.

Designed for fire-stopping combustible pipes in penetrations through fire walls and floors, suitable for PVC, CPVC, ABS, PVDF, PP and FR/PP pipe materials.
