This Royal replacement hose is designed for standard 1.5" diameter inlet valves and features crushproof, lightweight construction with a handle that rotates 360 degrees to prevent kinking. Electric central vacuum hoses integrate both low-voltage and high-voltage wires throughout the hose, with low-voltage wire conducting signals to turn the central vacuum on or off, and 110v high-voltage wire providing electricity to electric carpet attachments via pigtail cord or direct connect application.

Central vacuum hoses endure significant stress from being pulled, stretched, stepped on and bent repeatedly during cleaning, making durable, shock-resistant construction from high-quality materials essential. This hose incorporates crushproof materials with a three-way switch for fingertip control.

The center position serves as "Off" position, left position turns on vacuum system only, and right position activates both vacuum and power brush. Compatible with existing Royal central vacuum systems and works with various replacement parts, motors, inlets, filters, attachment kits and accessories.
